Sincerely Betty Re-Imagined

Sincerely Betty is a vintage-inspired women’s boutique that sells high-quality fashion and pop culture goods. They’re my favorite store in Traverse City, so I chose them for an imaginary rebrand project. Since they have such a broad product range, I created a series of different logos for multiple applications. This allows for adaptability as the business changes over time.

The Badge Logo

This is the main logo that is featured in the badge design but simplified for broader use within the store. It’s designed to be used on the storefront windows and on branded merchandise for the store. It’s best for use where the full store name is desired, but there’s either no space for the badge design or a more refined look is desired.

The Main Logo

This is an even more simplified version of the main logo designed to be used on smaller packaging that can’t fit the full store name. This is best seen on packaging like the earring holder seen below. This also reinforces the nickname that many customers gave the store, which is just calling it “Betty’s”.

The Secondary Logo

This minimal logo mark utilizes the Betty “B” to create brand recognizability even when used in the smallest of applications. This logo mark is designed to be used as stickers, stamps, or anywhere that the larger logos might not fit. Below it can be seen as a sticker used with custom-designed “XO” tissue paper.

The Logo Mark

Along with the logos, I designed two postcards that advertise seasonal events at the store to show how the style of the logo can be expanded to other applications as well. The assets from this design can also be applied to images on social media to create a cohesive brand identity across all platforms.
